Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Ampeer LLC ("Ampeer," "we," or "us") operates this website at ampeer.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Information we collect
When you contact us. If you submit the inquiry form, we collect the information you provide – typically your name, email address, and message. We use it to respond to you and to follow up about a possible engagement.
Automatically, as you browse. Our website uses HubSpot for the inquiry form and for basic usage analytics. Where required, HubSpot may set cookies to understand how the site is used. Nonessential cookies are not set unless you consent through the cookie banner. We also use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that helps us understand overall site traffic; it sets no cookies and collects no personal data about you. The inquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam; your use of it is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms.
How we use information
We use the information you submit to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether we are a good fit to work together, and operate and improve the website. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf – primarily HubSpot, our customer-relationship and website-analytics provider, Google for spam protection on the form, and Plausible for privacy-friendly traffic analytics (which processes no personal data). These providers are bound to use the information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and then delete it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can decline nonessential cookies through the cookie banner. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, and – depending on where you live, including California – you may have additional rights over that information. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
